Collective creative placemaking
Various gardening projects and Story Stick Mosaic installations contributed to the process of creative placemaking on Mabelle Avenue, with the intention of building a more vibrant and engaged gathering space in the community.

MABELLEpantry is an arts-informed food bank that doubles as a community wellness check-in. The market now supports more than 550 households on Mabelle Avenue.
The summer MABELLE team ran a vaccine clinic in partnership with Toronto Community Housing, vaccinating over 200 community members.
